• All robot toys listed here are listed to the best of our ability;
• International buyers are welcome. Although the postage is currently for Australia, International visitors are very welcome to lodge their enquiry.
• If you have any questions regarding a specific item, buying method, payment method, pick up option, please contact us;
• All emails/ queries are guaranteed replied (non template generated) within 1 hours between 7am to 12pm;

• Payment is expected within three days from when a booking is made unless if PayPal payment option is used;
• Item/ toys can only be reserved for non-purchase for the maximum of 2 days;
• Layby option is available but please contact us for more details;

• The item will be shipped within one business day after payment has been received;
  
• Shipping cashback may be available for item more than AUD$35 depending on your location;
• Handling fee per item is $0.10;
• Cashback will be given as a refund to your credit card or paypal account;
• Please use the Postage page (Australia Post) as a reference to calculate the cost;
• PLEASE NOTE; the postage calculation page is only as a guide, postage discount may be given if the actual postage cost is lower than what has been paid;
• Registered post is optional, however it is recommended for more security;

• We do not accept exchange, refund can only be made as follow;
• In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description;
• Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling;
• Claim shall be made within 7 days of sale;
• Refund is only given when we have received the item;
• When there is an issue with the item when it arrives, please contact me within 2 days to address it. Otherwise sale is deemed complete.
